What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery to give total peace of mind for our customers. If you would like to place an order from overseas, please get in touch with us and we can let you know how to order and tell you about shipping options and costs.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We hold most items in stock so ship orders as quickly as we can. However over busy periods, bank holidays, or if your GinGenie’s are personalised, it can take a few days to prepare your order. Get in touch with us if you need them for a specific date, and we will do what we can to deliver them for you!
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Please get in touch with us to discuss shipping options based on your destination country and we will confirm timings and costs for these.
Is Shipping Insured?
Yes, we send out all shipments fully insured so your goods are covered in transit.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We currently accept credit and debit card payments via the website and also over the phone. If you wish, you can also make BACS bank transfers, but we do not accept cheques or cash on delivery. We will be adding PayPal and Apple Pay to the website shortly too.
Is Buying OnLine Safe?
Yes! We have gone to great lengths to ensure our eCommerce website is 100% secure and fully encrypted to give you complete peace of mind.
Orders and Returns
How Do I Place An Order?
The simplest way to place an order is via our website, however, you can also place orders over the phone.
Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?
No, you don’t need to create an account to place an order and you can checkout on the website as a guest. You can check the status of your order using our Order Tracking page and entering your order ID.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
The best way is to give us a call and we’ll be able to address the issues straight away. If you would prefer, you can also send us an email and we’ll resolve things as soon as we can.
How Do I Track My Order?
You can do this on the site under Order Tracking or in your account.
How Can I Return A Product?
If you need to return an order, please package it securely and post it back to us – our address can be found on the contact page. Please inform us of your order ID somewhere inside the package. We cannot be liable for anything lost or damaged in transit back to us, so please consider insuring return parcels.
